Is home tied down?
(select one)
Yes
No
The tie-down anchors the manufactured home to the ground. Metal straps are anchored in the ground by augers or in cement, and either attach to the support frame or passes over the top of the home. These straps provide stability in strong winds and help prevent the manufactured home from being blown over.
